If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us promptly at leiladeur@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos where applicable.

For other return requests, contact us before sending any item back. Items should be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition. Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method after the return is reviewed.

Shipping charges, return eligibility and any exceptions may depend on the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
