30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. If we confirm an error or defect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund solution and instructions.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless required otherwise by applicable law. Do not send a return until we provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by the payment provider or bank may take additional time.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before it has entered fulfillment where operationally possible.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
