Shipping Policy

Order processing: Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery: International delivery is generally estimated at 7–20 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery time depends on destination, carrier operations, customs and peak periods.

Tracking: When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction before dispatch.

Customs and import charges: Where applicable, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination may be the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
